Customer On Site Scanning - In the simplest terms, we bring our office to yours. DDCSS can bring our expertise, scanning, and mailroom production capabilities to your office. On-site scanning tends to be more expensive than our in-house option, however, some customers have extremely stringent security requirements precluding their ability to send the records off-site, or, they must have ready and constant access to their records. DDC Scanning Solutions, Inc. (DDCSS) offers both domestic and offshore Data and Information Capture Services in our own facilities. As a member of The DDC Group, we are one of the world’s largest data capture organizations with facilities in the US, Europe, and the Philippines. We have over 3,500 English speaking employees many who are multi-lingual and average over 7 years of employment with us.

Indexing and Data Entry Services – DDCSS offers indexing and verification along with data entry from images or paper. The most cost-effective data entry is "keyed-only", where an operator keys the information they see. Valid-value tables such as lists of valid responses or ZIP Code / State / City Name tables ensure accuracy by providing front- or back-end edits of the keyed data as do record numbers that contain check digits. With such techniques keyed only data is typically greater than 98.5% accurate.

To achieve guaranteed accuracy greater than 98.5%, the information must be "keyed and verified", where a second operator re-keys what the first operator keyed. Whenever the second operator enters a character different from what the first operator keyed, the data entry software stops further entry until the operator confirms the keystroke. With such techniques, keyed and verified data is typically greater than 99.95% accurate.

Data Conversion Services – DDCSS offers a variety of Data Conversion Services that take advantage of our highly skilled knowledge workers. For instance, we offer Medical Indexing and Abstracting that utilizes our staff of Chemists, Pharmacists, and Doctors.
